Why not bring a little Gershwin into your summer? 
Come join us for some beloved music from the 1930s. One hour of smiles :)

Listen for Life's next free Notes for Nourishment concert is coming up on Sunday, July 30th at 3pm.
Where? - St. Joseph Basilica - 1109 Chestnut St. Alameda, CA 94501.





This concert will include a wonderful collection of Gershwin's most popular songs.We will be celebrating mezzo-soprano Sonja Bruzauskas, an Internationally popular recording artist - sonjabruzauskas.com,


  and renowned concert pianist, Donna Stoering - donnastoering.com.





Both Sonja and Donna are renowned Gershwin interpreters who have performed together in Boston's Jordan Hall, in Houston, and in Denver.

There will also be a fabulous surprise guest, but you will just have to come on July 30th to find out who that is. :)

As always, the concert is free to attend and family friendly!

If you have attended one of our concerts before, you will know that we also use these concerts to do what we can to aid or "nourish" those in need through collecting donations for local organizations. Donations at this NFN concert will benefit Bay Area programs that nourish the aging who suffer from Alzheimers and dementia.
